2. Refund Eligibility by Service Type
A) Website Design & Development Services
- Before Work Starts: Full refund available if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of payment.
- Initial Phase (Wireframe & Mockup Stage): 50% refund if requested before final design approval.
- After Final Approval: No refund available. Once the website design has been approved and delivered, no refunds will be provided.

B) Website Management & SEO Services (Monthly Subscription)
- First 7 Days: If you’re unsatisfied within the first 7 days, we offer a partial refund for the remaining period.
- After 7 Days: No refunds available, but you may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
- Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days, you will receive a refund minus the equivalent of one monthβs service. After 30 days, no refunds are issued.
C) Social Media & Email Marketing Services
Since these services involve ongoing content creation and execution, refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- No Work Delivered: Full refund if we fail to provide any deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
- Partial Work Completed: 50% refund if services were started but not fully delivered.
- Completed Work: No refund available for work that has been delivered and approved.
D) Custom Projects & Special Services
- For one-time consultations or strategy sessions: No refunds once the session has been completed.
- For advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.): Refunds depend on the ad spend policy of the platform. We do not refund money spent on ad platforms.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Lack of Participation β If you fail to provide necessary materials or approvals, causing project delays.
Third-Party Issues β If an issue arises due to hosting providers, ad platforms, or third-party tools, refunds will not be issued.
Violations of Terms & Conditions β Refunds are not granted if the client breaches our Terms & Conditions.
