  • Late Payments: If payment is overdue by 7 days, services may be paused until payment is made.

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfers.


5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Website Design Services: Refunds are available only before final project approval. Once approved, no refunds will be issued.
  • Monthly Subscription Services: Can be canceled at any time, but require a 30-day notice. No refunds for the current month.
  • Dissatisfaction: If you’re not happy with our services, contact us within 30 days, and we’ll try to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.


8. Limitation of Liability

We strive for the best results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., increased revenue, leads, or rankings).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahas Digital is not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses due to service usage.
  • Website downtime, hacking, or third-party issues (e.g., hosting provider failures).
  • Loss of data, revenue, or reputation due to changes in search engine algorithms, social media policies, or industry trends.

9. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

  • We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties, except when required by law.
  • Your website login credentials and sensitive data will be handled with strict confidentiality.

10. Service Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services with reasonable notice. If a service is discontinued, affected clients will receive a partial refund for any prepaid services.


11. Termination of Services

We may terminate services immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • You engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
  • You fail to make payments despite multiple reminders.

Clients may also terminate their agreement with 30 days’ written notice.


12. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Stripe). These platforms have their own terms & policies, which we do not control.

We are not responsible for any third-party updates, pricing changes, or outages.
